Safe and Effective Cleaning Products
When it comes to maintaining a clean and healthy home, the choice of cleaning products is crucial. ‼️
With the growing awareness of the impact of toxic chemicals on both our health and the environment, many are now seeking safer alternatives.
In this article I will tell you to a selection of cleaning products that are not only effective but also free from harmful toxins. In all our years in the business we’ve tried countless products and the truth is that many don’t clean very well and “some” safe labeled products aren’t, which I find very sad and a subject for another time.
Just remember that what goes down has to come back up, and vice versa.
I will link what we use both for our customers and in my household. 🧺
Most of these products have received approval from the Environmental Working Group (EWG), a non-profit organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment.
Choosing EWG-approved cleaning products ensures that you are using items that meet strict health and environmental criteria. These products are free from dangerous chemicals and additives that can cause various health issues, ranging from skin irritations to more severe long-term effects like child birth defects, hormone imbalances, infertility, cancer and many more.
By choosing to buy from the links provided, you are not only deciding to try the best products for your home, health, family, pets and environment at large but also supporting our mission to promote a healthier, greener lifestyle. Thank you! 🌱

Unfortunately many “healthy” cleaners leave streaks due to being very oily, while others like my least favorite Method don’t clean very well, I’m not going to go into detail but a certain floor cleaner does not clean AT ALL, it’s just as water alone and if you try and look at the ingredients you will see why.. it may or not be advertised for wood, I honestly don’t even know why. Disappointed.
2.Glass Cleaner: For windows and mirrors.
I have yet to find something better than Windex, but make sure you get the AMMONIA-FREE version as it’s less toxic AND you can completely remove the possibility of it coming in contact with bleach. Together they create fumes that can lead to CHRONIC BREATHING PROBLEMS, and even death. We haven’t always been a green business, like most I also wasn’t aware of the dangers and implications of toxic cleaning products, for many years. And due to the constant use of bleach, and now I know Ammonia combined, I have developed Asthma.

None of these options are natural but sometimes minimizing the danger is the best we can do. It is not acceptable for us to leave streaks and such while cleaning a customer’s house. We try to use as little as possible.
But if it’s your house you could use Melamine sponges (like Magic Eraser or off brand) and then just dry with paper towel. It will be close to perfect.
