However, if your pets are nervous around new people or cleaning equipment, you may want to keep them in a separate room for their comfort. We’re happy to work around them either way! We prefer to use the house vacuum if available to avoid cross contamination.

  • We prioritize consistency and personalized service to fit your lifestyle. Our recurring cleanings are conveniently scheduled in the morning or afternoon (typically between 12:00–2:00 PM).

Monthly cleanings typically take longer than weekly cleanings, as there’s more foot traffic on floors and increased use of bathrooms and kitchens between visits. Our team dedicates extra care to ensure every corner is thoroughly cleaned, leaving your home fresh and comfortable until the next visit.

  • Our happiest clients have their homes cleaned every two weeks, so they don’t need to do maintenance cleaning in between. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks and four-weekly services, and recommend starting with a deep clean for the first visit. We also offer one time cleanings and seasonal deep cleanings.

  • We provide all the necessary supplies, all non-toxic cleaning solutions that are safe for all surfaces and your family. But, we can use yours if you prefer. Simply provide us with the details before your cleaning visit, including the name of the product(s), their intended use, where they are stored, and full instructions on how to use them.

    However, we do ask that you have a few items on hand:

    • Paper towels for bathroom cleanup.

    • Trash bags for your trashcans.

    • A toilet brush for sanitary reasons.

    Additionally, we prefer to use your vacuum if you have pets, to avoid transferring allergens or fur between homes. Let us know if you don’t have these items, and we can work with you to find the best solution, we can provide the rest.

  • Preparing for a cleaning visit is simple and ensures that we can focus on deep cleaning your home. Here are a few tips:

    • Tidy up general clutter, such as toys, clothes, or paperwork.

    • Place clothes in a basket so we can easily clean the floors underneath.

    • Pick up any trash or loose items to clear surfaces.

    • Wash dishes or load dishwasher

    The clearer the surfaces, the more we can clean, giving you the best results!

  • A routine cleaning includes dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming, and mopping. A deep clean also involves wet washing baseboards, wood trim, and doors, along with a more thorough kitchen and bathroom cleaning. We clean and wipe every single surface and thing in view. Both cleanings will leave your house spotless.

  • Yes! We are fully insured. We can provide proof upon request.

  • The best day depends on your schedule and preferences! We operate Monday through Friday during normal business hours and can work with you to find a day that fits your routine.

  • Gratuities are never expected but always appreciated! If you feel your technician has done an exceptional job and want to show your appreciation, tipping is a thoughtful gesture. However, it’s entirely up to you and not required at all.
